It also has a dynamic switching mode that can automatically switch between 120 and 60 hz, as well as by the content on the screen. The phone has two storage variants. The first one is a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the second one has a 8 GB of RAM + 128GB of storage option. The smartphone also has a default algorithm 3.0 for storage and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

In terms of the optics of the Realme, X3 is equipped with a dual-camera setup with a head-to 64-megapixels, Samsung GW1 sensor, along with an 8–megapixel ultrawide sensor of 12 mega pixel remote control sensor, and a 2-megapixel image of the macro-sensor. On the front it has a 16-megapixel primary sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The phone also features a 4,200 mAh battery with support for 30W fast charge.
