It will have no exclusives for the Xbox Series, X, is absolute madness

A reader is trying to understand Microsoft’s reasons for not having their own exclusive promotions in Xbox Series, X, and the fear that it’s the start of the next generation.

I’ve been trying to understand it from the Microsoft site. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve gone mad. I do know that they announced a while back that they were not planning a next-gen exclusive games for the Xbox, and a Series of X, but I’ve never really believed it until now. Not that Phil Spencer, began actively to fall, the Sony is the fact that have the temerity to make games that take full advantage of the PlayStation 5.

Spencer has an attack which has been the industry standard ever since there was an industry. Tradition is not a sign that the idea is good, but I have never – not once – have you ever heard someone complain that a new console is the games that will only run on it. What other reason would you buy a new console to have games that are exclusive to it? That’s the whole point of a killer app.

Backwards compatibility is great and all, but I don’t want any of the new games that are being held by the older generation, especially when the Xbox was only a couple of beloved classics, but it is a format created by Microsoft and can’t wait to see the back of them, have already begun with the abandonment of the application.

The argument is nonsense, I still continue to think that I’m misunderstanding it, but there it is in black and white in the Xbox Series, X, no third-party exclusives for the first couple of months in the year. And this is being presented as a virtue, a good consumer-friendly policy that will Sony dare not move. Rather than just a stupid idea that detracts from the whole point of it is to buy a new console in the first place.

What I find particularly bizarre, is that this is the absolute worst of this generation of this attitude. In the solid state, which are both in the Xbox Series the X-and PlayStation 5 will be presented as the most important new features of the next generation, not only because it allows for almost instant to load, but that is because it is a fundamental change in the way games are designed, because they do not constantly have to work around the fact that, in the time it takes to load new level data.

Microsoft continue to say that the lack of exclusives won’t keep the Majority of Series X, but how can that possibly be true? All that Microsoft has to make room for the next two years, it will need to be designed with the knowledge that the console is running, it is not possible to have a SSD, so it is impossible to have all of the important functions that are dependent on it. And we’re not talking about the little graphical flourishes here, but the whole of the gameplay, the concepts, and the way the levels are designed.

Microsoft’s first-party games have been a disaster, all the production, and I’ve been frustrated by the slow pace with which Phil Spencer has addressed the problem, and forcing through a more Halo and Gears of War games, but it brings nothing new to the table, and, with the purchase of just disappointing a low profile, a new developer.

The whole thing looks as if they have already been given, and that is a direct competitor to the Sony, and try to work out a whole different set of things that they can do so, as if that’s the standard stuff that people want, and expect, actually, it’s a bad idea, and that they only have to be brave enough to stand up to. A Complete load of crap.

These games will showcase them in next week, better be out of this world, because it would take a miracle for me to even consider it in the Xbox Series the X right now. And even if the games look good, and you constantly have to think about this: imagine what it would be like if it was next gen only.
