Facebook’s new graph compare to the actual performance of Android chipset

Facebook published a new page on its website, which provides a visual representation of the performance of the various chipsets that are used in mobile phones. The page shows you a rocket blasting off, that is, the closer the chip is to the rocket, the faster it is, the top position is taken up by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.

The distance between the chipsets, which represents a relative difference in terms of performance, reducing the gap between the 865 and the Samsung Exynos 990 is a bit embarrassing. Meanwhile, MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000+ is very close to its more expensive competitors.

Please note that the results on this page are not to be calculated on the basis of the whole Pro rating, including screen refresh rates, the speed of the vehicles (or things that can vary a lot between different phones with the same chipset).

In place of the CPU, and the GPU performance is regarded as a true reading of the chipset’s power. In order to provide the most accurate results, the scores of all the phones with a certain chip set are taken into account. Also, the Apple chips are not included in this list, they would have said that in the first place (especially the tablet version).

You can find this page here the image below shows the chart as it stands today). Facebook has more charts, showing, for example, it comparing the AI of the performance of the various chipsets.
