After a long wait, the Sony ericsson Xperia 10 and II, is finally set to hit store shelves. It will be available in Taiwan first, starting from 20 of May) and in Europe (Sony’s official website, the Buy it Now buttons, but for now, they don’t go anywhere).
However, with the launch of the phone, and it brings us to the first release of samples. In contrast to its predecessor, the Xperia 10 and II are of a good triple-a camera with a wide, ultrawide and telephoto lenses. The sensor resolutions 12MP, 8MP, and 8MP, respectively, and so we do not expect the same quality as the ultra-1 II, but it’s still a big improvement over the original 10.
Here is a picture of the same scene shot with each camera, that shows the difference in field of view:

Next up is a test of the camera’s Night mode,

By the way, to be launched in Taiwan, has introduced two new colors Mint Green, Blue and Berry. It is not clear whether this will be available in Europe, but we hope so, as Sony originally showed only the ultra 10 II in Black-and-White.
