150 g – a-Half-hard-boiled corns
To 200 ml of Water
4 tbsp of fresh Coriander leaves
8 to 10 Curry leaves
2 Green peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon of Salt
½ Tsp Red chili powder
½ ½ ½ ½ ½ Tea spoon of Coriander powder
1 tsp – oil
* * * * In a blender, add half of the cooked grains, water, coriander leaves, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and a pinch of salt. Mix with a beater.
*Transfer to a bowl, and add the red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
*In a pan, add the oil.
*Take a spoonful of the batter and spread it around the pan in a circular motion.
*Cook it until it’s golden brown and enjoy!
